The Magic Garden at the V&A

The Magic Garden at the V&A invites families to explore the hidden world beneath our feet through hands-on sculpture and creative play. Children aged 5+ can build twisting roots, giant seeds, worm tunnels and bugs using recycled and reused materials, inspired by the natural world.

The sculptures grow throughout the day as families connect their creations, creating a collaborative underground garden. Taking place at V&A South Kensington, it’s an imaginative way to spend a few hours exploring nature and creativity together.
