Robes, slippers and towels are provided, so there's very little to think about beyond relaxing. Swimwear is optional in our steam rooms, although we kindly ask guests to remain robed when moving through the spa and relaxation areas.

Every treatment includes two hours' complimentary access to our spa facilities.

We recommend arriving around 30 minutes before your appointment to enjoy the steam rooms and settle into the calm of agua Spa before your treatment begins. Each year, agua Spa partners with Breathe Arts Health Research on their science-backed Melodies for Mums programme, which supports parents experiencing postnatal depression through a unique combination of music, creativity and wellbeing.

As part of this partnership, participants enjoy specially created spa experiences alongside therapeutic music sessions, helping create moments of connection, confidence and healing.

All proceeds from the programme go directly to Breathe Arts Health Research, helping them continue this important work and support even more families across London.
