Welcome to Lyaness, where cutting-edge creativity, epic vibes, and boundary-pushing drinks collide. We’ve just made history as the first-ever 3 PIN bar, recognised by The Pinnacle Guide (a new recognition system for the World's Best Cocktail Bars) for redefining cocktail excellence.
Created by the legendary Ryan Chetiyawardana - aka Mr Lyan, hailed as "The World’s Most Awarded Bartender" by The Telegraph - Lyaness was conceived by the team behind iconic venues like Seed Library in Shoreditch, Super Lyan in Amsterdam and Silver Lyan in Washington D.C.
At Team Lyan, curiosity drives everything we do. We transform out-there ingredients - unusual, unexpected, and wonderfully weird - into extraordinary, palate-pleasing drinks. Whether collaborating with kindred spirits or cooking up magic in-house, we’re here to surprise, delight, and reimagine what a cocktail can be.
Embracing The Alternative
Lyaness embraces the alternative and uses the team’s unique ability to hunt out weird and wonderful flavours and make them interesting and accessible. Ingredients are at the heart of Lyaness and our menu is sectioned around ingredients instead of cocktails; it might seem a little unconventional, but our team will be happy to connect you to your ideal drink.
We recommend booking in advance, but walk-ins are always welcome subject to availability. Book online for groups of up to 15, and for larger parties or private events please enquire below.

Monday - Thursday: 5pm-12am
Friday: 4pm-1am
Saturday: 1pm-1am
Sunday: 1pm-11pm
Please note that we operate an over-18s policy from 5pm. We welcome in-house guests who are 16+, as long as they are accompanied by an adult. No alcohol will be served to anyone under the age of 18.
*Lyaness will open from 5.15pm on Thursday July 17.
Collaboration Menu
After our 3 part Cookbook series, we’re excited to build on that exploration by delving into a topic that has been central to our philosophy across the Lyan company – the idea of collaboration. We’ve always believed we’re stronger together, and have loved the wholly new ground we’ve been able to explore by focussing on the middle part of a Venn diagram; the areas neither party would’ve explored in silo.
For the first iteration of this series, we wanted to deep dive into what collaboration can look like – and we’ve looked across histories, geographies and demographics for great examples of this. Exploring scenarios where 1 + 1 = 3 (the notion of what a cocktail is!), we’ve been able to push our thinking and approach to flavour by channelling these wonderful stories, and applying our own collective creative approach to create some flavours and techniques that really celebrate the brilliance of cooperation.

Lyaness x Chef's Table Experience
Ever wondered what goes into the making of one of the world’s best bars? Lyaness has joined forces with Airbnb and Chef’s Table to take you behind the scenes, with nine intimate sessions across July, August, and September.
Before doors open to the public, step inside Mr Lyan’s flagship bar for a guided tasting hosted by the creative minds behind The World’s Best Menu, as awarded by World’s 50 Best Bars — Lucy Thomas, Adrian Forde-Beggs, or Peter Scott.
As part of Airbnb’s global experience series, you’ll taste boundary-pushing ingredients found nowhere else, follow the creative journey from concept to glass, and and have your own bespoke drink made for you.
This is a super rare chance to experience the inner workings of Lyaness from the inside out — and space is limited!
Lyaness St~Germain Summer Terrace
We’re taking the party outside. This summer, we’re bringing a splash of Lyaness to the South Bank with our brand new Lyaness x St~Germain Summer Terrace – a breezy, al fresco spot made for sunshine sipping, fresh air lounging, and a little riverside strutting.
Drop by, say hi, try the drinks and soak up the vibes.
Open 4pm to 9pm Wednesday to Friday, and midday to 9pm on weekends!

Southbank Sour
Grey Goose vodka, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, fermented peach, lemon
Soft fruit meets silky citrus. A Lyaness-level twist on a classic sour.
Frozen Melon Margarita (slushy)
Patrón Blanco tequila, melon oleo, tropical beer
Juicy, punchy, icy good times.
Frozen Plum Spritz (slushy)
Bombay Sapphire gin, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, Aperol, purple vermouth
Bittersweet and bold. A frozen take on the golden hour in a glass.
Sunday Lyan Sessions
Sunday Lyan is a way for us to work with our friends and inspiring people from around the world on new ideas and exciting products. Hosted in collaboration with our ingredient-obsessed mixer pals Fever-Tree, Sunday Lyan is a night to try something different - a preview of new ideas and flavours to come, or experience something necessarily small batch.
