• Non-transferrable
• All benefits commence after your first room reservation
• Rooms discount only applicable to shipmate members room
• Must be over 18
• 15% discount in Sea Containers Restaurant, Lyaness and 12th Knot only applicable for up to 4 people and shipmate member must be present. Discount can be redeemed throughout the year after shipmates first stay
• All offers and perks subject to availability
• Shipmate Card must be shown at check-in and when presented with the bill in our bars and restaurant in order to receive discount
• Offers only apply when booked directly through shipmates platform
• If a card is lost or stolen, the member needs to inform the hotel in order for new details/card to be sent via mail/electronically
• Member must stay at least once a year in order to receive benefits
• Shipmate discount does not apply on add-on room packages
