Thanksgiving by the Thames
Thanksgiving is about bringing people together over food that tastes of home. This is our first Thanksgiving on the South Bank, and we’re doing it properly.
On Thursday 26 November, pull up a chair at Gordon Ramsay at Sea Containers for a three-course menu of Thanksgiving favourites, served from 12pm until 9.30pm.
THE MENU
To start
Roasted pumpkin soup, swirled with maple crème fraîche

Crispy buttermilk chicken with smoked chilli mayonnaise
The main event
Roast turkey with sage and onion stuffing, cranberry sauce and lashings of gravy

Roasted salmon on confit sweet potato with a silky lemon butter sauce
To finish
Warm pecan pie

Pumpkin cheesecake with glossy maple caramel and truffle ice cream
