Sunday Lyan — Lyaness x FURA

Sunday Lyan is where Lyaness kicks back, gets curious, and plays with new ideas alongside friends and creative collaborators from around the world. Hosted with its ingredient-obsessed pals at Fever-Tree, it’s a Sunday night built for trying something a little different — this time, expanded into a very special two-night edition.

Joining from Singapore, FURA takes over Lyaness for a weekend of food, drink, and shared ideas. Founded by Christina Rasmussen and Sasha Wijidessa, FURA is known for its bold, future-facing approach to sustainability and flavour — rethinking how people eat and drink, without losing the joy along the way.

Across both nights, expect a one-off food and drink menu created just for the occasion: four drinks, four dishes, and a few surprises in between. Collaboration sits at the heart of it all, with both teams working across each other’s ingredients and ideas — including bespoke serves that won’t be available anywhere else.
