Join SheSpot and sound meditation practitioner Sami Fitzgerald at Sea Containers London for an intimate evening designed to relax the nervous system, deepen connection and restore inner balance.

Begin with a gentle breathwork introduction to help you settle into your body and arrive fully in the present moment.

Guests will be invited to lie down or sit comfortably on yoga mats, surrounded by cushions and soft towels, creating a cocoon-like environment for deep relaxation. Eye coverings will be available to enhance the immersive experience.

Continue with a guided sound meditation journey led by Sami Fitzgerald, using gongs, Tibetan singing bowls and breath to cultivate calm, release tension and invite embodied presence. Soft candlelight and subtle sensory elements, including palo santo, will further elevate the atmosphere.

Following the sound journey, take time to ground and reflect before reconnecting over herbal teas and chocolates. The evening closes with SheSpot community time and a curated goodie bag, including love potion oil, to continue your self-care ritual at home.

You’ll leave feeling calm, rebalanced and deeply connected, glowing from the inside out.
