- Tickets (£50) are refundable up to 7 days before the event. After this time, tickets are non-refundable.
- Spaces are limited to 7 and must be booked in advance.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early; late entry may not be permitted once the session begins.
- We recommend wearing comfortable, relaxed clothing suitable for breathwork and gentle movement.
- Guests participate at their own discretion; please inform the facilitator of any medical conditions.
- Photography may take place during the event — please let the team know if you’d prefer not to be included.
