Lyaness x Bibi

This March, Lyaness welcomes BiBi for a week-long exploration of flavour, spice and shared craft. Born from over a decade-long relationship, the collaboration celebrates the belief that food and drink are one and the same — shaped by the same ingredients, expressed in different forms.

Inspired by Chet’s research into historic Indian cuisine — prior to the arrival of chillies — the partnership looks to a time when spice, food and drink sat side by side at the table. Guided by BiBi’s fanatical commitment to sourcing and direct trade, alongside Ryan's relentless curiosity behind the bar, the event reimagines how flavour can travel seamlessly between glass and plate.

The week begins with a talk exploring flavour, spice, ingredients and technique across both kitchen and bar, before unfolding into a five-day pop-up. Throughout the week, spices are folded into dishes and cocktails alike, woven through creations from both teams.

Tickets include three Lyaness cocktails and three courses from BiBi — bold, thoughtful and designed to be experienced together.
