Lyaness new menu, Collaboration 2.0, isn’t so much about who the crew have worked with, but how different people, perspectives and ways of thinking have challenged them to see things differently.

Every drink started with an idea that got them curious - a shift in perspective, a new process, an unexpected approach. Rather than borrowing it directly, they’ve taken it apart, explored what makes it tick, and reimagined it as something we can drink.
