Agua Spa x MindFidelity: Immersive Mindfulness & Meditation Experience
This World Wellness Weekend, Agua Spa at Sea Containers London is partnering with creative audio consultancy MindFidelity to present an exclusive mindfulness and meditation session designed to restore balance and promote deep relaxation.
The Experience
Set within the serene surroundings of Agua Spa, this one-hour immersive sound journey has been created especially for the partnership. Inspired by the spa’s riverside location, the experience will guide guests on a calming sea voyage: from the tranquil ambience of the Thames, through the fresh ocean breeze and birdlife of the open water, before arriving on the white sands of Antigua’s Half Moon Bay.
