Discover the intimate world of acclaimed American photographer and artist Nan Goldin at Hayward Gallery, as she presents a major exhibition exploring love, loss, memory and the fragility of human, animal and environmental existence. Opening on 24 November, the exhibition brings together four recent films, including the public debut of You Never Did Anything Wrong, Part II, alongside photographs drawn from Goldin’s archive.
Spanning themes of personal relationships, addiction, queer communities and our connection with the natural world, Goldin’s deeply personal work blurs the boundaries between art and lived experience. Marking her first institutional exhibition in the UK since 2002, this is a compelling opportunity to experience the work of one of contemporary photography’s most influential voices — just a short stroll from Sea Containers London.
