A weekend of wellness – sounds great, doesn’t it?

Treat yourself to a fitness retreat and staycation with us. The day fitness retreat will happen on Sunday 15 August and includes a variety of workout events and wellness experiences  to set you up for the following week. But why not make a weekend out of it and stay with us the night after, the night before or even the whole weekend and enjoy all our hotel and the Southbank has to offer?

Sunday 15 August looks a little like this:
– a run with @TheRunnerBeans along the scenic Thames River for a 5km social run
– a dynamic vinyasa yoga and journaling session with Laura Childs (please bring journal)
– a break for lunch
– a Buddha Box boxing class
– finishing with a relaxing sound bath

You can book all the classes as a package, or you could pick and choose the ones you wish to attend. We personally think you should do all of them – what have you got to lose?

Anyone attending the full day will receive a goodie bag filled with products from our partners: Malin + Goetz, Lockrspace, Olly Olly and Co, Mindful Chef and Bumblezest.
