After a string of sold-out events at Fortnum & Mason, we’re thrilled to welcome acclaimed chef and sustainable food activist, Ali Honour, aka The Bean Queen, to Sea Containers Restaurant for a one-night-only kitchen takeover!

Ali is all about seasonal, zero-waste eating, and she’s bringing her passion to our plates this May. We all know our food choices can make a big impact on the planet, so Ali’s here to show us how we can eat in a way that’s good for both us and the Earth.

Come and experience this pop-up dinner where beans take the spotlight. They’re packed with protein, fiber, and essential nutrients, and they’re way easier on the environment than other protein sources.

Join us at Sea Containers Restaurant on Thursday 30 May and prepare to be amazed as Ali introduces us to a whole new world of bean varieties, crafting a menu that’s both delicious and sustainable, proving that eating green doesn’t mean sacrificing flavour.

Tickets cost £55 per person and include a 3-course Bean Feast with a welcome glass of Hattingley Valley English Sparkling Wine, and a special goodie bag to take home on the night. Our full drinks list will be available to purchase from on the night.
