Welcome to Lyaness - a bar where boundary-pushing creativity, warm energy and seriously good drinks come together, all with front-row views of the Thames and St Paul's. It’s a place to dress up or dress down, stay for one or settle in for the night.

Created by the award-winning team behind the Lyan bars, led by Ryan Chetiyawardana (aka Mr Lyan), Lyaness has earned global recognition, including becoming the first bar to receive a prestigious 3 PIN award from The Pinnacle Guide. But awards aside, this is a bar created for people.

Our menu is driven by ingredients rather than rules, giving our team the freedom to turn unusual, unexpected flavours into drinks that are balanced, approachable and genuinely delicious. Whether you love cocktails, prefer wine or just want something easygoing, our team will guide you to the right drink - no expertise required.

Our team loves exploring unexpected flavours and turning them into drinks that are fun, approachable and easy to enjoy - whether you’re a classic cocktail fan, in the mood for something different, or simply fancy an excellent glass of wine - there's something for all.

Our menu is built around ingredients rather than traditional cocktail names, but don’t worry - our friendly team is always on hand to guide you to something you’ll love, at your pace and to your taste.

We recommend booking ahead, but walk-ins are always welcome, subject to availability. Book online for groups of up to 15, or enquire below for larger parties and private events.

Please note that we operate an over-18s policy from 5pm.
We welcome in-house guests who are 16+, as long as they are accompanied by an adult. No alcohol will be served to anyone under the age of 18.

The Collaboration Menu

After our three-part Cookbook series, we wanted to explore something that’s always been at the heart of Lyaness: collaboration. We believe the best ideas happen when different minds come together - and when you mix perspectives, cultures and ways of thinking, something unexpected (and delicious) can happen.

For this first chapter, we’ve looked across places, people and traditions to see how collaboration shapes flavour. By bringing these stories together and adding our own creative touch, we’ve created drinks that go beyond the sum of their parts - familiar yet surprising, thoughtful yet easy to enjoy.

As always, our team is here to guide you through the menu, answer questions and help you find a drink (or two) you’ll love.

Sunday Lyan Sessions

Sunday Lyan is where we kick back, get curious and play with new ideas alongside friends and creative collaborators from around the world. Hosted with our ingredient-obsessed pals at Fever-Tree, it’s a Sunday night built for trying something a little different.

Expect one-night-only cocktail menus (created just for that evening), hip-hop on the decks and a world-class bar team who love a chat. Some drinks are sneak peeks of what’s coming next, others are small-batch experiments you’ll only ever taste once.
